LIMITED LIGHT ROAST OFFERING

Flavor Notes: Blueberry, Raspberry, Almond

This is a Grade 1, natural processed coffee from the Guji region of Ethiopia. The coffee is grown by 650 small farmers in the Derikidame village and delivered to the Derikocha Washing Station for processing.

We roast this coffee lightly with the goal of retaining its sweet and fruity aromatics and tartness on the palate coming from a raspberry flavor note.
